Dr James Murdoch

Dr James Murdoch completed his MBChB at the University of Bristol, in the UK. He spent his first years as a doctor battling the Covid pandemic in the NHS.

Since moving to Australia, he has worked in metropolitan Melbourne. He has spent the better part of 18 months working in the busiest Emergency Department in the state.
He has rotated through numerous specialties, gaining experience in medical, surgical, and mental health care.

Having spent over 6 years navigating hospital systems, he is a staunch advocate for his patients in the community setting. James likes problem solving with his patients, and coming up with a sustainable treatment plan together.

When not at work, James is most likely to be found exercising – whether that be training for half marathons, open water swimming or gran fondos.
